Carlisle-Mr and Mrs. W.H. Glover will celebrate their 72nd wedding anniversary. The couple were married May 28, 1928. Mrs Glover, the former Hazel Chambers, is a retired admininstrator of Chamber Nursing home Inc. Glover is a retired contractor and former cotton gin owner.

They are the parents of state Rep. Bobby L. Glover of Carlisle and the late Bill Glover. The couple have seven grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great- grandchild.
