1862 Woodruff County created and includes sothern part of Jackson county. this could be best explaination of why 1861 probate bond filed in Newport, but 1866 burial in Augusta.

timeline indicates possible that Lou and uncle Stephen may have been together near Augusta from 1861 to 1866, the civil war years.
