She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was George Johnson, who she married on 30 APR 1893 in Woodruff County, Arkansas. Their two known children were Sallie Edwina (1894-1975) and Lillie Bill (1897-?).
Her second husband was Leon L Lippman, who she married in 1903 in Woodruff County, Arkansas. They had no known children.

Granny Lip, Granny Sallie's mother - sharon Phillips 7Jan 2010
I can tell I'm not the only "pack rat" in the family. I still have some of the letters and cards that Granny Sallie sent me over the years. I also have the last Christmas card that Granny Lip, Granny Sallie's mother gave to me. She used to put a card on the Christmas Tree for each grandchild--there were 8 in all. The card contained a pack of Juicy Fruit Gum and a quarter. I thought I was rich. Thanks for the letter.
