Note 1

Item 4th. My will & desire is that this tract and parcel of Land on which I now live being all the land I am possession of with all the improvements and opportunius therein belonging to be equally divided among my five children(viz) Caroline C Flynt, Joseph B.Flynt, Mary P, Flynt, Richard Flynt, Susan Ann Flynt as an equivalent to the monies and other property willed to my older children that have left the family.

Note 2

I desire my land and other property not hereafter mentioned to be sold at Christmas and all of my just debts to be paid but of said sale and remander of any to be equally divided between by beloved Brother Richard Flynt and my beloved sisters Caroline C Flynt , Mary P Flynt and Susan A Flynt.

I bequeath to my beloved Brother Richard Flynt my Nergo man Dennis by his paying so soon as he is able one hundred and sixty eight dollars & 75 cents to each of my of my sister above named.to wit Caroline C Flynt and Mary P Flynt & Susan A Flynt. I disere that my beloved Richard Flynt excut this my last will and testament.
