Eleanor was born on 22 Sep 1776 in Wye House, Talbot County, Maryland, the daughter of Edward IV Lloyd and Elizabeth Gwynn Tayloe.
She died on 18 Aug 1805. The place is not known.
Her husband was Charles Lowndes, who she married in 1794. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Charles (1798-1884).
