DICKSON, Dwight - {from The Bentonville Democrat} Bentonville friends were shocked Wednesday when it was learned that Dwight Dickson had succumbed to a short illness with meningitis, passing away at his home at 9:30 that morning. On Monday he had been about the offices of the Dickson Motor Co. in which he was senior partner, apparently in good health. That evening he became troubled with pains in his ear which gradually grew worse and despite every effort medical assistance was without avail. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon with interment in the city cemetery.[Rogers Democrat - Rogers, Benton County, Arkansas - June 14, 1923]
