Drury was born about 1790 in Henry County, Georgia, the son of Ezekiah-Hezikah Shelton and Jane.
He died in 1860 in Morris County, Texas.
His wife was Celia Parker, who he married in ABT 1815. The place has not been found. Their only known child was Larkin Franklin (1822-1885).
