Theodore was born in 1810 in Culpepper County, Virginia, the son of unknown parents.
He died after 1853 in Chicot County, Arkansas.
His wife was Matilda Bowie, who he married on 30 OCT 1834 in Helena, Arkansas. Their five known children were Harriet (1843->1909), Reason (1846-?), Julia (1847-?), Rachel (1849-?) and Samuel Ferdinand (1852-1924).
