William Burns Near Temple (Houston Post Special)

Temple, Texas, March 20 1907– William Burns, an aged citizen of Bell county and a well-known and highly respected farmer, died rather suddenly last night at his residence five miles north of Temple after a brief illness. Deceased had lived in this section all of his life and was 79 years of age at the time of death.

He is survived by a widow and the following children: Thomas A., J. E., William Jr., Eugene, Robert Ernest, Mrs. J. H. Strange, Mrs. J. L. Irish and Mrs. O. Young. Funeral services were conducted today by Rev. A. W. Hall, pastor of the Seventh Street Methodist church.
