B. F. DOZIER DIES SATURDAY

Benjamin Franklin Dozier, 68, well-known Idabel resident, died Saturday following an extended illness.

Born in Lonoke county, Ark., February 11, 1882, he had resided in Idabel for the past eight years, moving from Okmulgee. He was local carrier for the Texarkana Gazette until he became ill. He was a member of the Baptist church.

Funeral services were held at 10 a. m. Tuesday at the chapel of Coffey funeral home with Rev. John Strutton officiating.

Burial was in Denison cemetery under direction of Coffey funeral home.

He is survived by his widow and one sister, Mrs. Ida Trickey, Lonoke.
