Isaac was born in 1821 in Tennessee, the son of William Bleakley and Elizabeth Bleakley.

He died on 19 Feb 1861 in Jackson County, Arkansas.

His wife was Elmira Bleakley, who he married in ABT 1844 in Probably Alabama. Their five known children were William T. (1845-?), Newton (1847-<1860), John T. (1855->1860), Edward (1858-?) and Mary (1859-?).
