Note 1

Jere had heart problems, very similiar to his mother and brother. As I was led to understand by others, his condition showed as a severe slowing of heart action, his heart beat would drop to just one or two per minute..

After a long time,maybe years of this problem not responding very well to medical treatment, apparently it became more than he could bear and choose to end life at time of his choosing.

Note 2

Jere attended Ark State Teacher College in Conway, I don't know if he graduated or not. He met Fran there and they married 20 Feb 1960..
