Note 2

"Stand me on my head if that's what it takes!"

Wanted to be buried in Walnut Grove next to her parents despite lack of grave space.

She was insistant and said something to effect " Stand me on my head if that's what it takes!"

Billy and Mickey arranged for her to be buried in space orginally intended to be an asle between family plots bordered wtih concrete curb. Curb had been removed long ago for ease of maintenance.

After the grave side service, family gathered at Mickey's home on Walnut Street. Mul, Alison and Mike were all there. Mike raised a glass in memorial toast to "Mother Doris"
