Warren Richie Lambert, 73, of Hixson, died Friday evening.
Warren was a retired pipefitter for TVA and served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He was a special husband, dad and bobo to his grandkids.
He was a son of the late, Milton and Joy Lambert and was also preceded in death by a brother, Gordon Lambert and a step-son, David Brown.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Lambert, step-daughter and son-in-law, Kathy (Ronald) Fox; granddaughter and husband, Emily (Bobby) Smith; granddaughter, Jessica Brown; great grandkids, Taylor & Travis Malone, Tanner, Logan and Gavin Smith; special niece, Pamela Maupin and a very special friend and caregiver, Debby Jones.
Graveside services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, April 27, in Cross Anchor Cemetery in Greeneville, Tn.
There will be no visitation.

Frances L. Lambert, 88, of Snapps Ferry Road, passed away early Tuesday morning at Johnson City Medical Center.
She formerly lived in Hixson, Tennessee, where she retired from Hallmark Store at Eastgate Shopping Center.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Warren “Richie” Lambert; and her son, David Brown.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law: Kathy and Ronald Fox; two granddaughters: Emily (Bobby) Smith and Jessica Brown; daughter-in-law: Karen Brown; four great-grandsons: Taylor Malone, Travis (Faith) Malone, Tanner Smith, and Logan Smith; one great-great-grandson: Waylon Cooper Malone; very special friends: Wayne and Faye Rains of Hixson, TN.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Cross Anchor Cemetery. The Rev. David Smith will officiate. Friends are requested to meet at the cemetery.
