ETRIS, William Henry - Died , Feb 11, 1894 of hydrophobia, William Henry, eight years old, son of A.K. and Martha I. Etris. Willie was bitten by a pup which was mad before the family had any knowledge of its real condition.

On Wednesday the 7th inst. he was taken with violent spasms which continued until Sunday the 11 inst. when death released him from his sufferings. The Doctors Hurley attended him with all possible care and skill and though it was impossible to save hime the succeeded in greatly mitigating his sufferings.

Willie was a bright and uncommonly amiable and affectionate child and had endeared himself deeply and tenderly in the hearts of the family and of all who knew him. A goodly number were present for the occasion and the whole community to who Bro. Etris and family have been so long and so favorably know are in deepest sympathy with them. May the grace of God be sufficient for the. W.D. Joyner.
