Terry Lynn Rains, 58, died Sept. 9, 2002.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Cole Rains; his mother, Violet Irene Rains of Judsonia; sisters, Peggy Wolfe and Wanda Gay Burleson, both of Heber Springs.
Terry Worked at the Lonoke Democrat office in the 1960s during "hot-metal" days, doing back shop work and Linotype. He could often be hear singing beautifully while going about his work.
Funeral was Wednesday at New Testament Baptist Church with interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Jacksonville, by Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke.
